
Carolina Heritage Outfitters, under new ownership, needed a complete overhaul of its online presence and branding. The business had an outdated website and fragmented brand elements that didn’t reflect its full potential. I worked closely with the owner to streamline and bring together over two decades of branding elements into a cohesive package, including a set color scheme, fonts, logos, supporting patterns, and a hierarchy for how to use these elements consistently across all marketing materials.
The website redesign aimed to be visually appealing, easy to navigate, and fully integrated with booking capabilities, while also being user-friendly and easily updatable. Along with the redesign, I assisted the owner in exploring new revenue streams, such as scouting and corporate retreats, supporting those efforts with dedicated web pages, copy, and collateral materials.
I also provided hands-on support with social media, guiding the owner on how to record and post engaging reels, while cultivating a more personalized "from the owner" persona on the platforms. Additionally, I created design templates that could be easily updated for both social media posts and print materials, ensuring a cohesive look across all channels. We encountered some challenges with social media profile ownership, and I assisted in streamlining these along with managing and growing the Google Business profile.
To boost Carolina Heritage Outfitters' visibility and reach, I worked on optimizing their profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business. I also helped with regular social media content posting, maintaining engagement with potential customers. A high-level reporting system was implemented to track growth and measure the success of our efforts. The result was a revitalized brand and online presence that truly reflected the essence of Carolina Heritage Outfitters, while providing a seamless experience for customers.
